Experience the deeply restorative resting practice of Yoga Nidra! Simply lie down and listen as you are guided through this ancient meditation practice which takes the mind to a place between wakefulness and dream state.

Yoga Nidra allows you to tap into new sources of energy. It is said a half hour of Yoga Nidra practice is equal to 3 hours of sleep!

Workshop includes an overview of the energetic layers of the body, a 15 minute gentle yoga flow and seated breath-work to set the stage for deep relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra.
