Sarah focuses on helping people achieve a stronger body & mind.  Using a holistic approach to her work, Sarah fully attends each clients needs interweaving clear presence with practiced skill.  She is able to meet you where you are at to design a program that fits your goals & lifestyle.  Sarah has over 20 years experience the fitness industry and 16+ years experience the in bodywork field.

The SWEAT program: This is Strength & Endurance program designed to Be Stronger & Stay Strong. Members experience their workouts in Be Well’s Waterfront Studio, supporting each other as they work hard in these small group 45min (ish) classes. With no more than 10 members allowed in each class, everyone gets true help to achieve a safe well rounded fitness session that will leave you looking forward to your next SWEAT! Sarah’s design utilizes the "Chalk It Pro” app to deliver your daily workouts so you can track your progress, Plus (if you want0 additional extra credit training, yoga & mobility work. This is a mostly all woman’s program that is supportive of working with injuries, lack of mobility & fitness levels.
