Sarah Jensen, L.M.T., CPT Sarah offers fitness classes, personal training sessions and massage therapies. Her primary focus on building strength for functionality, self care techniques using foam rollers, pain specific stretches & KT taping. She is currently undergoing trainings in KT taping, Cupping and Health & Wellness Coaching certifications. “I hope to just provide knowledge and the tools for others to take charge of their journey, gain self confidence and start to truly live their best life!”
