Welcome the Holiday Season with the deeply restorative resting practice of Yoga Nidra! Simply lie down and listen, giving yourself permission to let go, balance and restore through this guided meditation. We begin class with gentle movement and breath preparing us to ease into a relaxed state of awareness.
Yoga Nidra allows you to tap into new sources of energy as it brings you into that space between being asleep and being full awake. It is said a half hour of Yoga Nidra guided meditation practice is equal to 3 hours of sleep. Wear comfortable clothing and practice in a space where you feel well supported.

Jennifer offers classes, workshops and private consultations in the practices of Mindfulness Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Breath Awareness. She is currently working towards certification to become a Dona International Doula and specializes in prenatal massage and yoga.
