New - Weekly Essential Oil Education 30 min series hosted by Jen & Sarah!  Each week we will feature a new topic focusing on different oils to integrate into your home, family and practices.  

Join us as we discuss natural ways to invigorate & motivate your day with Essential Oils. Uplift your mornings, energize your afternoons and find motivation to achieve goals!  

Jennifer Jensen, L.M.T., RYT-200hr Jennifer offers classes, workshops and coaching in the practices of Mindfulness Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra/Breath Awareness. “I find great joy in teaching people how to create a relaxed mind and body. There is no better feeling than to be at home and comfortable in your own skin.”

Sarah Jensen, L.M.T., CPT Sarah offers fitness classes, personal training sessions and massage therapies. Her primary focus on building strength for functionality, self care techniques using foam rollers, pain specific stretches & KT taping.  She is currently undergoing trainings in KT taping, Cupping and Health & Wellness Coaching certifications. “I hope to just provide knowledge and the tools for others to take charge of their journey, gain self confidence and start to truly live their best life!”
