This workshop provides a path to access the body’s ability to heal. Practices of Breath Awareness, Yoga postures and Meditation will help you learn how to turn on the body’s relaxation response. Create a shift from doing to being and feel a sense of ease in mind and body. All levels of practice welcome, including beginners.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and 6 years as Registered Yoga Teacher. She co-founded Be Well Studios of Scituate Harbor with her sister in 2013 and finds great joy in teaching her clients and students how to create a relaxed mind and healthy body through the practice of Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Breath Awareness.
